Per our site walk on May 15th, please find attached our proposal for the ADA compliance upgrades at 2036 SE Jefferson. Scope includes:
- ADA-compliant entry doors with mag locks and FOB access
- Interior accessibility modifications per current code
- Fire-rated glazing for corridor separation
We priced this at $47,200 with a 10-week build schedule starting upon permit approval. Happy to walk through the numbers in person if helpful.

Milestone approaching
Hey Marcus — we're scheduling rough-in for the museum project at 10818 SE Main for the week of June 16. Can you confirm your crew is available starting Monday the 16th? I'd like to have you there by 7:30 AM.
Scope is the full commercial space — anti-UV lighting circuits for the gallery areas, standard power for the storefront, and we'll need conduit runs for the security system. I'll have the updated electrical plans to you by end of this week.
